How does membership billing work?
You pay your first month today to lock in founding pricing. Your remaining monthly payments (5 more for a 6-month membership, 11 more for a 12-month membership) begin automatically on October 1st, 2026, right when NovaSkin opens. You'll receive your membership agreement by email to review and sign after you purchase.
What's the difference between 6 and 12 months?
Both terms get the same monthly rate and tier discount. A 12-month commitment locks in your founding rate for a full year and, on Signature and Elite, adds a free bonus product or service.
Can I use my membership on any service?
Yes — your tier discount applies to every service on the menu, not just the facials listed in your tier. Higher tiers also unlock access to more advanced treatments.
Is there a deadline to become a Founding Member?
Founding Member pricing is only available before NovaSkin opens this September. Spots are limited per tier.
